268winbd Terms & Conditions — Complete Rules Governing Use of the Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 268winbd and all its users ("members" or "you"). By accessing the 268winbd website (https://268winbd.click) or any associated mobile application, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions cover all matters related to account registration, betting activity, payment transactions, bonus claims, security policies, and responsible gaming. 268winbd's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines also apply alongside these Terms and are considered part of this document.

268winbd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To open an account with 268winbd, you must provide accurate information — including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address. Accounts registered with false or misleading details may be suspended at any time and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all of them will be closed.
• Your account password and login credentials must not be shared with anyone. Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• The phone number used during registration must remain active, as it will be required for OTP verification.
• To update any account details, please contact the support team and complete identity verification.

If an account is inactive for 6 months — meaning no logins or transactions — 268winbd reserves the right to deduct a maintenance fee. A notice will be sent by email or SMS before any deduction is made.

268winbd's services are available exclusively to individuals aged 18 and above. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated immediately and all associated transactions will be voided.

The following individuals are also ineligible to use 268winbd's services:

• Those who have voluntarily opted for self-exclusion and whose restriction period has not yet ended.
• 268winbd employees, their immediate family members, and direct business partners.
• Those who were previously banned for rule violations and are attempting to open a new account.

There are a few key rules all members must follow when placing bets on 268winbd. These rules apply equally to everyone.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳20 BDT. The maximum varies by market and event and is subject to change.
• A bet is confirmed at the moment the odds are displayed. If the odds change afterwards, the confirmed bet retains the original odds.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. For rescheduled events, 268winbd's own policy applies.
• 268winbd is not responsible for bets lost due to internet disruptions during live betting. All confirmed bets are saved in the system.
• If a technical error causes incorrect odds to be displayed, 268winbd reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds.

When you use the Cash-Out feature, the payout is calculated based on the odds at the time the original bet was placed and the current state of play. The Cash-Out value is determined automatically by the system and this calculation is final.

All deposits and withdrawals at 268winbd must be made using your own registered payment method. Depositing from or withdrawing to a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 BDT. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT.
• Once a deposit is confirmed, your account balance is typically updated within 2–10 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–60 minutes. First-time large withdrawals or accounts with pending KYC verification may take longer.
• Daily withdrawal limits apply. If you wish to withdraw beyond the set limit, please contact support.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — they become eligible for withdrawal only after the turnover requirement has been met.

For any suspicious transaction, 268winbd reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal pending verification. Once the review is complete, the transaction will be processed. If fraudulent activity is confirmed, the account balance will be forfeited.

Each bonus and promotion offer at 268winbd has its own specific terms and conditions. The general rules are outlined below — full details for each offer can be found on the Promotions page.

• The Welcome Bonus can only be claimed once per account. Opening a new account to claim the Welcome Bonus a second time is not permitted.
• Attempting to withdraw a bonus before meeting the turnover requirement will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• You cannot have more than one active bonus at a time. The next bonus can only be activated once the turnover requirement for the current one has been met.
• 268winbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect turnover that is already in progress.
• Bonuses have a fixed expiry period. Once expired, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 268winbd reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action.

If a bonus is not credited automatically or you encounter any issue, you must contact support within 72 hours. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Every account on 268winbd is verified — this is for your own protection. The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is an internationally recognized standard for preventing money laundering and fraud.

KYC verification typically requires:

• Clear photos of the front and back of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of address — a recent utility or electricity bill (issued within the last 3 months).
• Selfie — a photo of you holding your ID document (required if requested).

Large withdrawals may be held without KYC verification. Fully verified accounts receive the fastest payment processing. 268winbd stores KYC information securely and never shares it with third parties — see the Privacy Policy for details.

268winbd believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a way to make money. All members are encouraged to gamble responsibly.

268winbd makes the following tools readily available to all members:

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Loss Limit: Betting will automatically stop once losses exceed a specified amount.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for a set period or permanently.

Any of the following actions will be considered a violation of 268winbd's terms and may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotions more than once.
• Placing bets systematically with the intent to exploit bonuses (bonus arbitrage).
• Using your account for money laundering or any illegal transactions.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to 268winbd's systems.
• Accessing or attempting to conduct transactions on another member's account without their permission.

If suspicious activity is detected, 268winbd may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation. If a violation is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed.

268winbd reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified by email or SMS before any significant changes take effect. Continued use of the site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For any dispute or complaint, contact the 268winbd support team first. Most issues are resolved through direct communication. If the matter cannot be resolved through support, 268winbd's formal dispute resolution process will apply. On all matters relating to these Terms, 268winbd's decision is final.
